An Recruitment and Performance Evaluation Specialist

Responsibilities:
1. Make annually recruitment plan according to departments' need;
2. Build up and improve recruitment system.publish job advertisement ,build up personnel selection program and system;
3. Recruitment,select,interview ;
4. Assist manager revise performance evaluation system,outstanding person program, and supervise;
5. Collect all department assessment indicators, make excel of performance evaluation to different job;
6. Organize performance evaluation to different job and report to relevant managers;
7. Follow up performance evaluation,assist directors to evaluate;
8. Summary,statistics performance evaluation data, make evaluation files,provide data;
9. Responsible for result to employee and collect opinion;
10. Organize annually performance evaluation, annually outstanding employee and award honor.


Qualifications:
1. at least Bachelor's degree in human resource, Business Administration;
2. More than 2 years experience of recruitment and performance evaluation;
3. Good at communication,coordination with leadership.
